Groomsport Triathlon
On Saturday 16th September 2017, Community Multisport organised the Groomsport Half-Triathlon. This event has participants from all over Ireland and is a real showcase for the village of Groomsport.
The GVA organise the marshaling of the running section of the event. This year we had a total of 18 people from the village and beyond who gave up their day to help. It would be very difficult for this event to happen without the co-operation of these marshals and the GVA committee would like to thank everyone who helped.
Some marshals were on station by 8:00am and some were still on station at4:30pm! Have a closer look...
